QSOS XUL Editor 0.9 available

A new 0.9 release of QSOS XUL Editor is available. On the menu:
- .qsos file can now be passed as parameter in command line of the xulrunner application. This allow to configure file association in desktop environments (a sample .desktop for KDE is provided in the CVS)
- .qsos file browsed by Firefox/Iceweasel is now opened only after user confirmation
- Description field for all criteria
- Software name is included in window’s title
- Bugfix: all comments are now saved even when the tag does not exist
- Bugfix: no more double text in SVG radar
This new release can be installed as a Firefox/Iceweasel extension or as a standalone xulrunner application.

The standalone xulrunner doesnot contain an exe file. How can I install it on my laptop. My workspace does not provide internet for exe files, so i download it and than install it on my laptop without internet. Can somebody help mee
